The All-Seeing Lycanthrope

"As I dance, claws scratching into the grass below my pawpads, where my wolves jump around in playful banter and engulf in the beauty of the moon, I find the moon often cries. A star lands in my palm of my paws as I outreach for it. The star fell out of the sky and it seeks help. Often times, I launch them into the sky brighter than before. Other times, I destroy them. Was there ever any in-between, regarding love and pain? Some walk the path of destruction, others walk compassion. And even when you think I'm not watching these tainted skies, I stare up- and I account for every star that glows in my sky, and I will reach up in an attempt to save the star even if it means I drown. But whether or not the star embraces change, is up to them. ..Who am I? I...am Myx, The All-Seeing Lycanthrope. And I'd love to change the world, but I don't know what to do." ★. Pronouns: They/Them, Ly/Lycan, Any★. Reserved, quiet, and shyness that often gets mistaken for intimidation or coldness. I usually will only speak if I am spoken to first (excluding Moderation) though I am trying to overcome being shy. Please don't be afraid to chat with me.★. I don't go out of my way to make acquaintance or friendships. Asking to be my acquaintance or friend will result in a very polite "No. I'm really sorry." with possibly a brief explanation. But I will always happily be up for a chat! If I'm comfortable, which takes me a little bit but I do warm up fast, then I'll gladly have a conversation! I prefer meaningful conversations or helping others over small talk.★. "Work over friends" type of individual due to being a workaholic. So I am sorry if I get more caught up with my work and forget to respond to you. It's not intentional. I love working hard and proving myself and I want to be the best Moderator any server has ever seen someday! Community Work

This section will help you learn more about my moderation work that I love doing for communities of all sizes. I appreciate any consideration of me at all including just reading my application. Thank you if you give me a chance to prove myself on the team!★. How long have you been a Moderator(?): 2026 marks 7 years that I've been helping communities.★. Largest server you've moderated(?): 900K+ Members. I've also juggled multiple positions at once effortlessly (Maximum I've been able to achieve so far is 4).★. Work Ethic: I consider myself a very hard-working individual, and care about my job(s) above anything else. I will always do anything that is asked of me to productively, and efficiently complete my training so that I can help others and make people less fearful of people in positions of power.★. Moderation Style(?): I prefer to moderate with enthusiasm, kindness, and empathy for the individuals in our community. Moderators are enforcers, and I will only enforce when I need to. When I am enforcing our guidelines, I will become professional and respectfully ask they follow our regulations. If they fail to abide by my friendly tone, than I will do what I have been trained to do and take moderation action. My friend(s) are not exempt from moderation. They will be treated just like anyone else in the community.★. Why should I consider you(?): As mentioned above, I am a hard-working, as well as stress-resistant individual who aims to prove I am not only a great Moderator, but to show people Moderators are not to be feared. Growing up, I saw a lot of people feared other people in positions of power, and I always wanted to change that. Moderation isn't something I take lightly just to jump from place to place, I do it because I want to help people, and to make them feel less fearful speaking to a Moderator. It isn't for fun of the sport, it's a hobby for me that I genuinely love and enjoy doing that I take very seriously. I have always cherished the feeling of making someone smile, even just for a moment, I have achieved this through moderation and I have made it my life mission to help as many communities as I can and hold them close to my heart.★. What kinds of places do you typically moderate(?): Discord servers for video games that I enjoy (ex. Roblox, sometimes if I really enjoy a game on Steam I might look into moderating for it). I have dabbled in different types of moderation, such as on forums- but they were never really my style. So for the time being, I only moderate Discord servers.★. Do you have any other experiences about you(?): Yes, actually! I have also dabbled in Quality Assurance (QA) work from time-to-time. It is a field I'd like to learn, alongside modelling, rigging, and animation in the future. Certain aspects of game development also intrigue me.
